Their Challenge

As a technology company, we are immersed in the latest advancements, especially in AI. We believe it’s our responsibility as technology consultants to dive headfirst into new technologies ourselves, so we can provide our clients with deep, practical insights. We decided to use our own operational inefficiencies as a proving ground for AI. Our teams spent significant time on tedious, manual tasks, from gathering data for end-of-month reports to searching for documentation across multiple systems. We wanted a single, centralized source of truth to streamline these tasks, free up our team to focus on high-value client work, and provide a real-world case study on the strategic application of AI.

Our Solution

Saritasa developed Tessa, an intelligent AI assistant designed to simplify and expand access to knowledge. We built Tessa around scenario-based workflows that are specifically tailored to our documented business processes, allowing the assistant to act like a knowledgeable team member. The agent is deeply integrated with our core business systems, including our CRM, Zoho, and Confluence. Tessa provides a seamless experience for pulling real-time data, retrieving essential documents, and guiding employees through complex processes. The tool became a strategic asset that ensures alignment across departments and empowers our team to work more efficiently and effectively.

What Saritasa Did

Automated Sales Enablement

Our portfolio is extensive, with hundreds of projects across various verticals. While this is impressive, it can be difficult to quickly find the most relevant case studies to share with prospects. To streamline the sales process, we engineered Tessa to quickly provide our sales representatives with tailored portfolio examples. By integrating with our CRM, Tessa can analyze a lead’s industry and needs, then provide a list of highly relevant portfolio items. This ensures our sales team is always equipped with the right information to impress potential clients and close deals.

End-of-Month Reporting

We streamlined the end-of-month reporting process for Project Managers, automating a previously tedious and manual task. A PM can simply ask Tessa to “compile the monthly project report for [Client Name].” Tessa then pulls and organizes all necessary data from our internal systems, including project hours, milestones, budget tracking, and open tasks. The bot compiles this information into a pre-formatted report, which the Project Manager can then review and send without needing to manually review each job log.

Centralized Knowledge Base

To combat scattered documentation and information silos, Tessa was developed to instantly access and retrieve company guidelines, policies, and documented workflows from our internal knowledge base. The assistant acts as an on-demand “how-to” resource for internal procedures, reducing the dependency on senior staff. For instance, a new hire can ask, “How do I submit an expense report?” Tessa will find the relevant document from Confluence, provide a direct link, and even walk the employee through the key steps. This feature empowers every team member to find the information they need, exactly when they need it.

Scalability and Future Development

Tessa is a continuously evolving platform. We designed its architecture for easy scalability, allowing us to expand its capabilities as our company grows. Looking ahead, Saritasa is already developing Tessa 2.0 to include marketing support, real-time leadership dashboards, and even agentic actions. This ongoing development demonstrates our commitment to leveraging AI to improve both internal operations and future client solutions.
